If you were to ask a typical North Carolinian to tell what a fish camp is, most would come up short for words, but for the people in Gaston County, the fish camps have been a way of life since the 1940s. Independent producer Paul Overton recently visited Belmont, North Carolina, to find out just what makes the fish camps so appealing.
